Charles Herman, a Whitehall High School graduate and U.S. Army veteran, began his construction career with McAuliffe Paving in Allentown, Pennsylvania. After gaining valuable experience, he sold the family car to purchase a backhoe and dump truck, launching his own business by excavating for sewer lines. Over time, with strategic equipment investments, the business evolved into the successful operation it is today.
